March 2024 District Update: https://www.smore.com/n/wpjsa-district-monthly-update?ref=email
Every year, many Muslims fast each day of Ramadan from dawn until dusk, for the duration of the month. This year, Ramadan begins in the evening of Sunday, March 10, 2024 and ends on Tuesday, April 9, 2024. The day after the end of Ramadan (Wednesday, April 10, 2024) is a religious holiday called Eid-al-Fitr. It is also customary for extra prayers or other practices throughout the day.
As we know some of our students will be fasting, our schools will be offering a food-free space during lunch.
Please contact your child's teacher, adjustment counselor or building administrator with any questions or an accommodation that may be needed in observance of Ramadan.
Ramadan Mubarak too all who celebrate!

Dear families,
Due to the inclement weather conditions outside, there are several road closure and downed lines impacting travel on our streets. Please note we are anticipating school buses and vans to be running late after dismissal today.
Please be patient as the bus drivers will be navigating on difficult roads to get your children safely home.
Reminder, tomorrow December 15, 2023, NO SCHOOL across the district. All offices will be closed too.
We hope you have the opportunity this holiday break to rest, relax, connect with loved ones and recharge. May this Thanksgiving be filled with warmth, joy, celebration and gratitude. See you all on Monday, November 27!
