students will be able to understand how sleep factors into stress levels and how meditation and mindfulness can help to support healthy sleep habits as well as combat stress

Cliques, Teen Stressors

Students will be able to identify social factors that contribute to stress levels and develop skills to mitigate these factors

Nutrition

Students will learn the connection between healthy eating and nutrition to the levels of stress that a body endures. Students will be able to identify that food can be used to decrease overall stress levels

Volunteering/Community Service

Students will be presented with data and evidence that shows how stress levels including anxiety are decreased when volunteering and community service are practiced
